Hi guys! It's Paula here (again 😜) How is everyone doing? Business & family life all going well?

There have been massive changes here at Perth's Elite Headquarters! I'm now pursuing my own career so have spent the last 3 months on intensive training. I graduate on Friday the 13th which is very exciting!

While I've been busy away from the business & family Lee has been the backbone of our family, home & business! Not only has he been running the business single handedly he has also been looking after the children & running the house. He's like superman! Is there an end to this mans talents?! 😉

Very freaky weather we are having at the minute! We're getting reports of fences blowing down, trees snapping in half & trampolines lifting high over garden fences! Please stay safe guys!

Sorry for the radio silence guys! Very busy times here these last couple of months! There will be lots of changes here at Perth's Elite Headquarters in the New Year! Now the children are a lot more independent it's time for me to carry on & forge my own career which means taking a bit of a step back from the business. I'll still be here in the background but it may take a day or two longer to reply to emails while I find my feet these next 3 months.

Life will completely change for the Ward family & all for the better 😊 2015 will be an amazing year for us 😊

May I also take this opportunity to thank each & every one of you for your support this last year! Perth's Elite Property Maintenance is continuously going from strength to strength & it's all thanks to your faith in us 😊

Wow thanks for the shares guys! 11 shares of my last post which means my audience reach was over 1000! That's brilliant! The more people know our name the bigger our business grows. Its 2 years & 4 months since we started this adventure and although its been scary tough at times I think its safe to say we are now flying high! The feedback we are getting is absolutely amazing. There's some happy campers out there ;-)

We also have our new website almost ready to show off, just in the process of having the gallery fixed up then we'll be ready to show it off to the world so watch this space!

Wow, that was some rainfall last night! I had my long awaited swimming pool in the garden as it flooded pretty bad! Lol

Luckily our roof held up & we had no leaks but some people haven't been quite so lucky! If you find you have water coming into your house & you're not even sure where it's coming from, don't panic! Give us a call or drop us an email & we'll get to you ASAP to put things right for you!

In the meantime, stay safe! It's going to be a tough few days weather wise!

Hi guys! I'm back! A lot of things going on in the background here at Perth's Elite HQ which has seen me neglect Facebook of late but rest assured we are still going strong, in fact I think you could actually say that business is booming!

Now winter has well & truly hit you're probably noticing things that don't cause a problem in the summer months. Like those loose tiles on the roof causing a leak, or the water over flowing your gutters, or even that wobbly fence you never got round to securing is getting ever closer to completely collapsing in the wind......whatever your issue we can always find a way to help! Still very busy times for Perth's Elite Property Maintenance, work is coming in thick & fast keeping us on our toes! Thank goodness for the lovely Helen Kelly at The Bookbuster when it comes to our quarterly accounts! She's keeping us right when it comes to lodging our figures for GST! I couldn't manage without her! Her advice is invaluable to us! If you ever need anyone to look after your business, this woman is the one to go to!
