We loved being part of the Serpentine Jarrahdale Careers & Enterprise Expo for the second year running!

With more than 1,200 students in attendance, it was fantastic to connect, answer questions and showcase the diverse career pathways available in WA’s land development industry.

Supporting young people in the Serpentine Jarrahdale region as they explore their future is something we’re proud to be part of at Constellar.

Thank you to UDIA WA for acknowledging Constellar at Cardup Junction as a recipient of the 6 element EnviroDevelopment certification at today’s UDIA industry breakfast ♻️👏

By integrating environmental performance, landscape preservation and community-building, Constellar at Cardup Junction has been acknowledged for setting a benchmark for sustainable development in Western Australia.

Richard Noble & Company’s Managing Director Alex Gregg accepted the certificate on behalf of Richard Noble & Company and Gold Estates, and said the certification affirms Constellar’s “commitment to creating a community that respects its natural environment while establishing a strong community for the benefit of future generations.”

The new Bike Pump Track is now open alongside Byford Skate Park, just 5 minutes from Constellar!
