One thing about this job - real estate doesn’t stop when you go away, and honestly, neither do I. I know how important communication and availability are when people are making some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether I’m in the office, at home, or parked up at a campsite somewhere, I’ll always make sure my clients can reach me.

This trip was a pretty good reminder of that. I ended up selling a property while away, standing on the roof of my car trying to get enough reception to send a contract through off my phone hotspot. 😂

The good thing about modern real estate is I can work from anywhere… but the better thing is this work can get me anywhere too. 🤝

Our buyer and his family made the move all the way from Sydney chasing a different lifestyle here in WA. Somewhere along the drive over, the trailer gave up in the middle of nowhere, not exactly the smoothest start to the next chapter.

After a few setbacks, they’ve landed in one of the best pockets of Jane Brook. A place with space, community, and plenty of future growth ahead.
