This lovely house was a job involved full house eaves replacement, with joists checked and replaced where needed, along with external prep and paint work. We also completed fix, flush and paint works, including the carport and garage area, leaving everything neat, secure and refreshed.

1.We recently carried out the demolition of the bathroom tiles and hardwall plasterwear, patching of water damaged walls in the ensuite, cornice done after tiling,leaving the space ready for the next stage.

2. Front porch eaves repairs and replacement of damaged eaves boards, reinforcing where required.
(Customer was doing their own painting after)

Water Damage and then a ceiling collapse led this family to put a temporary fix you can see in the pics to keep the ceiling up.

We came in and took all the damaged ceiling out, replaced the insulation, re-supported the joists and other parts of the ceiling that was effected.

New ceiling, new cornice, fix, flush, sand and painted it fresh for the family. And yes we clean up afterwards too!
