We've all had our heads down and bums up for the last few years and now that the dust is starting to settle, I'm LOVING hearing about everyone's upcoming travel plans.

By way of an update, I'm currently booked through until the end of March 2023 and intend on opening the rest of 2023 bookings early in the new year direct to this page. In the meantime, any cancellations or availability openings will be posted here.

Peace, love and all that jazz xox

Now offering virtual assistance to conveyancers in the greater WA area.

As most of my Perth based offices now know, I'm excited to announce my transition to remote conveyancing in 2022.

If you have any queries as to how this model of conveyancing may benefit your office, especially once our borders open on the 5th Feb, feel free to reach out to discuss options.

If you're on the fence with the idea of remote conveyancing, here's a testimonial from one of my virtual assisted offices. Debbie @ C&R Settlements Mandurah

Did you miss me? Thanks for your patience as I get through the queries for 2022 dates.

Over the moon to receive a bottle of my favourite port from a client this morning. After requesting her documents be returned ASAP , I got a message saying “it’s in the mail”!

Don’t you wish all our client docs were returned wrapped over a bottle of wine? 🍷 TGIF!

Now offering virtual assistance.

If the past year has taught us anything, it’s that the settlement industry is very much capable of adapting to change. With all that’s evolved in the way we transact property; I’m seeing many offices transitioning towards paperless files. One of the many advantages of a paperless office is it offers me the opportunity to meet a more demanding schedule and extend my services on a larger scale.
***
Over the past 6 months especially, I have been pulled in every direction across the state in order to help both my loyal customers and new offices as best I can before racing off to the next agency. I’m finding the 2-3 hour daily commute can be better spent in assisting you all remotely.
***
With this in mind, I will be providing preferential treatment in confirming bookings for those who are equipped to work remotely. And as an extra incentive, for the next 6 months, I am offering a $5/hr discount on future bookings where the office is set up to work remotely (now $60/hr).
***
That’s a $200 weekly saving and the benefit of not needing additional space and a pc set up for relief staff. As you can see in the image below, my office is well equipped, consequently reducing your expenses in maintaining additional office equipment. If Peth is sent into another lockdown, I can have you covered from my home office. My nearest availability is Oct 2021.
***
If you’re interested in transitioning towards a paperless office, or in appointing my services remotely, get in touch to discuss how we can make that happen.

INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY.

Freelancing affords me the opportunity to work alongside so many incredibly professional, kind, hard working and career driven women.

In this female dominated industry, I’ve witnessed time and time again, conveyancers drop their own workload to support other women (rivals from other offices I might add), when the sh*t really hits the fan. It’s magic to watch!

Ladies, here’s to your achievements. May you always dream big and continue to empower other women. There is no limit to what we can accomplish.

In the voice of David Attenborough:
"Now this here is a rare sighting indeed. An Australian lending institution has prepared for their tough days ahead."

The words READY:READY has to be the sexiest sight in PEXA on a Friday before a Monday settlement!

Queue happy dance.

Invested in a new document shredder for the office. It’s more powerful than first anticipated. It shreds paper, carpet, stuffed toys and all. Highly recommend upgrading to the newest model.
