Busy one today!

Scarborough apartment this morning that ticked all the boxes. Offer going in on this one I think.

Now onto character homes in North Perth, Bayswater and Tuart Hill.

Then swapping home opens for heels tonight for the annual REIWA Awards Ball. Can’t wait to celebrate some of the best in our industry and all their achievements.

There’s a lot more that goes into securing a property than simply finding it.

This one was a tough deal to get all the way to settlement, with titles not yet issued and plenty to navigate along the way. But good relationships matter. The relationships I’ve built with selling agents across Perth help me secure deals for my buyers every week, and they become even more important when a transaction isn’t straightforward.

Good communication, collaboration and having everyone working towards the same outcome helped get this one across the line.

And now Mark and Karen are finally in their beautiful forever home. This is why I love what I do.

More choice doesn’t always make buying easier.

I’m seeing more buyers use AI to review offer packs and help with their own due diligence. And yes, AI can be a great tool but only if you know what to ask, what you’re looking at and whether the information coming back is actually relevant and accurate.

When you’re comparing multiple properties, contracts, strata documents and potential risks, it can quickly become overwhelming.

Use AI. Absolutely.

But know its limitations.

And if you’d rather have someone who does this every day in your corner, get in touch.
