We’re seeing more properties hit the market compared to this time last year, while sales volumes have slowed and days on market are starting to increase. πŸ‘πŸ“ˆ

A combination of factors seems to be impacting buyer confidence at the moment, including:
β€’ Cost of living pressures
β€’ Interest rate uncertainty
β€’ The federal budget
β€’ Ongoing global conflict and economic uncertainty 🌏

That said, we’re seeing a change in pace rather than a dramatic downturn. Well-presented homes that are priced realistically are still attracting solid interest and selling well. πŸ‘Œ
