Not where you want/need to be?

Are you seeing that working alone isn't enough?

It's enough for survival.

But for most people, if you want to create wealth, you need to have a 'process' that runs in the background generating more and more wealth for you.

1. It needs to be 'hands off' because you likely have little time (your too busy working).

2. It needs to require little money (because you likely don't have much to splash around).

I've found property to 'fit the bill' here very nicely :)
The only reason you don't follow my lead is because you don't know enough.

Every property investor needs to understand the 'stair steps' of the market!!

If not you'll buy at the wrong time. Timing is everything when you invest.
The good news is that this is predictable as you can see historically back to 1900.

This is why I insist on KNOWLEDGE FIRST, purchase the product second!
Without the knowledge you don't know enough about what you're doing and you won't get what you're after.

Imagine owning a house on a large duplex block of land and also owning an apartment. Imagine you owned those two properties concurrently for 10 years. Which do you think would grow the most???

Answer: They both gave me about the same growth return over the 10 years.
This was an actual scenario I had. The reaosn why they grew the same is simple.
They were both in the same suburb!
