New laws are coming to real estate from 1 July 2026, and here's what they mean for you.

From 1 July, Australian law requires real estate agencies to collect and verify client information before providing certain services. This is part of the government's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation, designed to prevent money laundering, terrorism financing, and serious financial crime across the property market.

What we might ask you to do:

✔ Tell us how you plan to use our services
✔ Share details about ownership and control
✔ Provide extra documentation if needed
