From all the Boardwalk team, we wish you and your families a safe and happy holiday season! We hope that 2022 finally brings you all those long awaited opportunities for growth and connection with family and friends.

2021 has been a really positive year at Boardwalk with strong interest and sales across all stages. We look forward to releasing the remaining stages of land, house and land, and townhomes in 2022 and also the commencement of civil works early in the new year.

The Boardwalk Point Cook Sales Office will be closed from Monday 20th December and will reopen on Saturday 8th January.
Prior to and after this break we welcome appointments Saturdays to Wednesdays between 11am and 5pm.

Finally!

We have been thoroughly enjoying meeting and congratulating all of our new Boardwalk purchasers in person at our on-site sales office in Point Cook. It has been wonderful to see you all in the flesh and we look forward to getting work started in 2022.

Good News! Due to overwhelming demand of our first release at Boardwalk, we have fast tracked our second release!

Stage 2A will be releasing tomorrow, and includes a selection of premium land lots and exclusive house & land packages from Victoria's leading builders.

Boardwalk, Point Cook is excited to be launching its very first stage!

Stage 1 consists of a variety of lots ranging in size from 152m2 up to 491m2, offering an abundance of choice for you to select your dream home-site. Positioned near the Point Cook Creek Wetlands, this is your chance to live waterside within the Boardwalk Estate!

Due to overwhelming demand at Boardwalk, an online ticketing system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance at an opportunity to secure a lot. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis through the Eventbrite platform.

For an opportunity to purchase a lot, you must register for a ticket from 12pm on Monday 12th July via the Eventbrite Page. Link above.
