The car has no need to leave the off-street parking as Cockles Cafe, The Royal Family Hotel and trendly local retail shops are all within 400m. Boomers Beach is an easy 850m direct walk through Lakala Reserve. The popular Port Elliot Markets can almost be seen from the doorstep as they converge fortnightly at the end of the street.The cosy layout offers two bedrooms of equal size - the master with

a double bed, and the second bedroom hosting up to 3 people in a double/single bunk bed configuration. Charming features such as a barn door and cottage-height ceilings are reminiscent of the historical properties that make Port Elliot the darling of the Fleurieu Coast. New carpet, fresh paint, LED TV and a reverse cycle air conditioning provide a comfortable and costal chic setting for you to unwind.
