Super excited to have submitted plans for a boutique motel development at 113 Barker Street – the current home of our Lifestyle Group Casino office.

This proposed four-storey transformation includes:
• 19 boutique motel rooms
• Rooftop pool with sweeping town views
• Ground-floor restaurant, café, and cellar lounge
• Guest amenities and meeting rooms
• 24 on-site car spaces
• Full retention of the heritage 1935 facade
