Spring is a beautiful time to get outdoors and explore Port Macquarie on foot.

Take on the 9km Port Macquarie Coastal Walk, stretching from Town Green to Lighthouse Beach and passing beaches, headlands and some of the area’s most impressive coastal scenery along the way.

For something a little more relaxed, enjoy a stroll along the Town Beach Breakwall, known for its colourful painted rocks and views across the Hastings River and coastline.

With walks like these just a short drive from The Sanctuary, spring weekends are made for getting out and exploring.

There’s plenty happening on the ground at The Sanctuary, with construction progressing across the community.

Stages 5 and 6A are approaching Practical Completion in September, while Stages 8 and 9 are well underway. Both Stages 8 and 9 are currently anticipated to reach Practical Completion in December, with registered titles expected in the first quarter of 2027.

Our final stage, Stage 4, is also moving closer to construction, with works currently scheduled to commence in early Spring.

It’s an exciting time to see so much progress across The Sanctuary, and with only a handful of homesites remaining across the community, opportunities to call it home are becoming limited.
