Janeal Smith - BLUE WATER STAYS - Holiday Management

30/10/2026

Holiday property management across Port Macquarie and the Mid North Coast starts well before the first booking.

With summer approaching, now's the time for owners to think about pricing, presentation, availability, and how their property will compete when demand picks up.

Blue Water Stays provides boutique holiday management across:

Port Macquarie| Lake Cathie | Bonny Hills | North Haven | Laurieton | Dunbogan | Camden Haven | Crescent Head | South West Rocks|Hat Head | Wauchope

Own a property along the Mid North Coast? Let's make sure it's positioned to work harder this summer.

💙 New Beginnings, Gratitude & Exciting Times Ahead ✨

Some things take a little longer to grow, and I’ve learnt that that’s perfectly okay.

Blue Water Stays has been a slow burner, but sometimes the best things in life are worth building patiently, with passion, purpose and the right people by your side.

This year has certainly tested me in more ways than one, but it’s also reminded me of the importance of resilience, believing in yourself and never giving up on what you love.

I’m incredibly grateful to the wonderful clients who have already placed their trust in me. I’ve been fortunate enough to secure some pretty amazing people to work with, and I genuinely couldn’t be more excited about what we’re going to create together.

With November just around the corner, things are starting to come together, and I can’t wait to see this next chapter unfold.

To those who have supported me, encouraged me and believed in this new beginning — thank you. Your trust means more than you know.

Here’s to fresh starts, meaningful relationships, exciting opportunities and building something truly special, one step at a time.

The best is yet to come. 💙🌊
