When this vendor first called and asked if I had a buyer, I asked her one simple question: “Would you do your own tax?”

She laughed and immediately replied, “You can take the listing, Ayla.” 😂

Within just 13 days, we secured our first sale. Shortly afterwards, we found our second buyer and successfully sold the entire development.
