The small modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, fridge and cooking utensils. All plates, cutlery, crockery and mugs are provided. You can cook your own meals and save on the cost of expensive dining out. The unit has its own laundry facilities with a washing machine and a clothes dryer saving you the trip and cost to the local laundromat. Bed linen, towels, pillows and duvets/doonas provided must be left where supplied in the bedroom or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired through Management. Beach towels are not included. Cleaning and linen change usually occurs weekly or more often upon request and at additional cost. WiFi is available at an additional small daily fee. A Security Bond of $350 is required at least 7 days before the day of check in. Credit card details must be provided for this purpose when requested. Where no additional charges/fees have been incurred, no deductions are made. Repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property, excessive cleaning requirements, lost keys and extra guests beyond those declared will be charged against the credit card. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. A non refundable 50 deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
2. Where your stay commences in less than 30 days from the time of Booking, the full amount must be paid up front.
3. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. HOUSE RULES
Quiet & Peaceful Stay
1. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
2. No disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise when entering and leaving the premises, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others, all noise to cease before late night.
3. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra
charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Short Stay Accommodation
Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not the management has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. The management will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the management reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the management in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and the premises should not be used for commercial purposes. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your security deposit and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 by the latest. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of security deposit. Please note that a Security Deposit of $350.00 will be charged to your credit card 7 days before your check-in date. The Security Deposit is to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, etc. Wifi is provided at an additional charge, on a best effort basis as we have no control over the bandwidth provided by the internet service provider.
