This is the second time we have helped this lovely family. The first was to a buy an investment property and now it was to buy their home after relocating to Adelaide.

We had a somewhat flexible search criteria regarding land size, condition and number of bedrooms. But when we found this property, we all agreed it was the one! 😍

Located in an inner southern suburb of Adelaide it was a beautifully renovated character reside period home C.1926. Providing a flexible floorplan with the option to have 3 or 4 queen size bedrooms

We were able to place a strong offer to bring the sales campaign to a head and use our prior working relationship with the sales agent to negotiate a good terms.

The family have now just settled and finally get to call this beautiful house, home! Well done Kate for achieving your clients goals! πŸ‘

We used Kate as our buyers agent, it was our second time round she bided on a property we were interested in two years ago and secured it for us so it felt right to go back to her for our search for a flip.

Kate was hesitate at first as its always a harder to purchase a flip property especially in this market in Adelaide. However we did thankfully secure another property 7km from CBD.

Kate was patient, trustworthy and ethical at all times and never gave up on our search even though we did. (I would highly recommend Kate and team)
