Happy New Year to all! Despite it being holiday season and despite having had more lockdowns in Sydney, our enquiry levels have remained very high and several houses were sold over the break. In fact we sold 7 houses over a 16 day period over the Xmas/New Year break which is a record. Stage 7 is nearing completion and looking great as you can see from these photos.

As 2020 draws to a close we can reflect on what has been quite a challenging year. When we went into lockdown earlier this year we said ‘This too shall pass’ and our country came together as one and through hard work and personal sacrifice managed to keep the pandemic at bay. Despite all the dire predictions of an inevitable property market collapse, we have experienced the opposite! Our company has had one of our strongest years ever and we have ended the year with higher property values than at the start. We expect this to continue next year, especially since it is impossible to replace our new houses for what they are selling for today.
History shows that property in the right location at the right price is the best long term investment and one that also gives you a home and security.
We are delighted to end the year with Stages 5 and 6 sold out at The Meadows, and Stage 7 now selling. Enquiry continues to be as high as it has ever been so if you are interested we recommend contacting us soon because we are expecting stage 7 to sell quickly.

2021 is looking to be a more “normal” year for all Australians and all of us at Monarch wish you a happy holiday and a healthy and prosperous new year.
