"Couldn’t recommend more!
The Ridge was so serene! Private, beautiful, comfortable and peaceful.

The house is a tastefully renovated 1800’s farm house with modern addition. It was clean, warm and very well equipped, spacious and could accommodate 4 people comfortably.

The decks were wonderful to relax on, while enjoying the vistas, wildlife and sunsets. The fireplace kept the house toasty warm too.
Dogs are also welcome at this lovely property which is one of the main reasons we chose it.

The host Deb is an absolute Gem! She was always responsive, accommodating, happy to help, gave great recommendations and was generous with her time.
We were blown away by the fridge and pantry on arrival! It was thoughtfully stocked with fresh and healthy food plus some delicious home made sweets as well. What an unexpected and lovely surprise!

Ps. Speaking’s of stars, I saw the Milky Way with the naked eye for the first time in my life here. WOW! 🤩 truely unforgettable!"

❤️❤️I love the minimal stress holidays that a short country drive offers.❤️❤️
If you’re looking for maybe ⭐Toowoomba’s newest bed and breakfast⭐, not an Airbnb, located within half an hour of Ruthven Street, Mount Prosper The Ridge is what you’re looking for.
That is if you want to be swept away with the romanticism of old-world charm with modern influences.
All other on-farm residences are about three or four cooee echoes away, across rolling hills dotted with frolicking marsupials, pouncing calves, and chewing cows, making it a truly intimate experience.
Mount Prosper The Ridge is set on thousands of acres, on which my dog Felix played in the long grass and cow pats to his big heart’s content.
Whether it’s sunsets to watch, stars to gaze at or simply just to read, the many verandas have well-thought-out comfy furniture, topped off by a bar room with a pool table in an adjoining shed.
