Happy International Women's Day!

What's one more? Exchanging Contracts on Christmas Eve is somewhat of a JLA tradition now.
For me, I could never leave a client hanging over this period, with a signed Contract, sitting and waiting. I've made their Christmas and feel like a good little Elf now 😆🎄🍸

And that's a wrap on 2025! I'm limping towards the finish line this year but what a year it's been! We've moved offices, drank all the coffee and helped more clients to buy and sell their properties than ever before!
As we head into our 6th year, we remain focused on maintaining the prompt, friendly and dedicated service you've grown to know and love.
For all our repeat clients, new clients, referrers, colleagues and family and friends, thank you for your love and support, always. For those who spoilt us with gifts, beautiful cards, vouchers and food (a lot not pictured :P), we are so grateful to you.

Big love to Tarnya from Total Wellness Co for our monthly staff massage and wellbeing check-in!
Our roles and industry operate at high intensity, all year round, and we want to be sure we are taking a moment to breathe and take care of ourselves.
This all happened within the office space; just a quick relaxing massage and chat. We were then back to it, helping more clients to buy and sell, with our shoulders just a little more relaxed 😌
