New Progress Update!
Weโ€™ve now reached 80% construction completion at Century Estate, with Stages 1, 2 and 3 officially sold out. Great momentum on site as the construction team continues to make strong progress, with titles anticipated in Q2 2026 for stages 1 & 2.
Roadworks are currently being formed and constructed, footpaths are on the way, and lot dressing remains on track. Exciting to see this community coming together. ๐ŸŽ‰

Another fantastic and successful day at Century Estate, Redbank Plains QLD!
Our MasterChef event with Josh Lopez drew over 70 attendees, with 55 guests enjoying a delicious live-cooked meal.
The event also saw over $3 million in land sales, and Stage 3 is now almost sold out.
A big thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a memorable day!
