How much do you think we can get for my property?

This is often the first question that comes to mind for home owners thinking of selling or renting out their home.

A property appraisal and market report is often the first step when speaking with and engaging a real estate agent. The property appraisal is a guide but should be completed by the agent taking great care and consideration to provide properties similar in size, age, location and attributes. The property appraisal should take into account;- market knowledge and comparable properties, currently on the market and comparable properties recently sold or rented (depending on the report you request).

Other areas of importance when selling or renting your property and considering price, is the timing and amount of direct competition in the market (at the time you list your property).

For those that don't know me, hello! I'm Renee, owner of Moore Property and I live on the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula.

I've been in the real estate industry for over 15 years, working for small family owned agencies and large corporate companies. During this time I've gained valuable industry knowledge and experience in both property management & sales. My love and enthusiasm for property started back in 2003 as an Assistant Property Manager in Surfers Paradise.

With a strong administration and customer service background and a love of helping people, I found my passion in real estate.

Over the years, I've also personally experienced being a tenant, landlord, home-owner and investor - having leased, purchased, sold, renovated and developed properties in and around the Redcliffe area.
