Yesterday, the entire Nelson Alexander team came together for our all-staff catch-up – a chance to connect, reflect on the year and look ahead to what’s next for the business ✨

The morning was filled with updates from across the network, including a first look at the refreshed Nelson Alexander Academy branding, celebrations of key achievements and milestones, insights into the evolving property market, auctioneering successes, marketing initiatives and the continued growth of WINA (Women in Nelson Alexander).

We were also fortunate to hear from a special guest speaker Dr Ben Meadley ASM, Director of Paramedicine at Ambulance Victoria and recipient of the 2023 Ambulance Service Medal, who shared valuable insights into leadership, performance and decision-making in high-pressure environments, leaving plenty for us to reflect on.

Most importantly, it was an opportunity to spend time together, catch up with colleagues from across the network and celebrate the achievements and people behind Nelson Alexander 👏

A big thank you to Melbourne Zoo for hosting us and providing such a fantastic setting, and to everyone who helped make the morning such a great event.
