Even Steve Jobs agreed....................you don't necessarily have to be the biggest to be the best! Mandy Welling commenced her career in Real Estate in 2003 and what an exciting journey it's been! The sensational feeling after achieving a result for a vendor and creating a happy purchaser became some what of

an addiction and encouraged Mandy to prosper and seek ways to improve her skill set. From this point Mandy enrolled with the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania to complete her Certificate IV in Property along with Diploma of Property. This in turn evolved into Mandy's appointment as a Trainer with the REIT which without a doubt, would be one of her favourite things to date! In 2010 Mandy was offered a Management position with a company and accepted. This allowed her to understand the finer 'mechanics' of a real estate business, a wonderful learning curve! In 2012 the company was sold and Mandy was stationed as the Managing Director and the instruction was to improve the businesses bottom line. With dogged determination and lots of hard work by 2014 the business had improved by 248%. From this event Mandy was nominated by a client for the Telstra Business Women of the Year awards. In excess of 4000 nominees and Mandy finished as a finalist in the top 18 of which she says was one of her greatest moments and quite the experience. More recently Mandy was appointed as a Southern Branch Committee member for the REIT and in December 2016, the only current female State Executive of the Board of the REIT. In June 2016 Mandy decided a change was in order and accepted a position marketing and selling a fantastic Retirement Resort in Seven Mile Beach. This has been an uplifting project to be a part of and has encouraged growth, support, technology, marketing and above all......attention to detail and service. They're correct when they say this profession never really leaves your system...........it's a drug, the good kind!
