Vanya asked me to write her biography as she hates tooting her own horn - so I'll toot it for her! Vanya is an exceptionally hard working Real Estate Agent. I know - they all say that - but as we live together I have the benefit of seeing what's actually going on in the background. She is a lady
who knows the meaning of work ethic. No time is too late to call, no question is too minor - everything she does throughout the day is done with the intent of making sure her sales go through smoothly and her clients are ecstatic. It is commonplace for our nightly Netflix routine to be accompanied by the quiet tapping on her iPhone screen, sending off another email or replying to another buyer enquiry. At this point I’ll usually ask if she would like me to pause the show - the response is typically a mumbled "I can do both!". She is acutely aware that her sellers are paying her good money, and as a result she is laser focused on ensuring they receive the quality of service and sale price to match. Vanya won't tell you how many awards she's won - but I think it's important to mention them. She has received not one, but two ‘Rising Star’ awards from Ray White - the first was in 2019 and then again in 2020. In 2021, she qualified as an ‘Elite Agent’ after her results placed her in the top 3% of Ray White agents. Then, in 2022, she was recognised in the top 1% of Ray White Agents internationally after being presented with the coveted ‘Chairman’s Elite’ award - impressive stuff! Further to this, she also won ‘Best Dressed’ at the ‘Under the Sea’ themed staff Christmas party in 2019 (if I’m honest, this is probably the award she is most proud of - it was an excellent costume). Vanya is a Providence home-owner and genuinely cares about the prices she achieves in South Ripley. If you ever pass us walking our dogs and listen in to our conversation, there's a 99% chance that this is what we're talking about. She has skin in the game and negotiates accordingly.
