By late 2023, Rochedale will become an even more connected community with high-capacity electric buses running between Eight Mile Plains and the Brisbane CBD every three minutes. Earlier this month, Brisbane City Council announced the city’s future fleet of electric Brisbane Metro vehicles will be located on a 5 Star Green Star, 10ha site on School Road in Rochedale – a major piece of infrastructure for the $944 million Brisbane Metro project.
