Club Bridgefield Licence Update:

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Owners Corporation (OC) voting process for Club Bridgefield.

We can now confirm that all eligible OCs have voted to terminate their respective licence agreements for Club Bridgefield.

As such, as of midnight, tomorrow evening 24 July 2026, Club Bridgefield will be closed and access no longer permitted.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.

Voting Terminology:

FOR = YES, I want to TERMINATE the Club Licence with my OC.
This means I will no longer have to pay my quarterly licence fee and will no longer have access to the Club.

AGAINST = NO, I want to KEEP the Club Licence with my OC.
This means I will continue to have access to the Club but noting the cost may increase if some of the other OCs vote to terminate as the cost for running the Club will need to be redistributed amongst the balance OCs.
