Last night's webinar was a really insightful session and hopefully brought a bit of clarity to what has been a confusing few weeks for many property investors.

The biggest takeaway?

Before making any major decisions, make sure you understand what the proposed changes actually mean for your situation. The fundamentals of property haven't changed overnight. Demand remains strong, supply remains tight, and having a strategy will always beat making a rushed decision based on headlines.

There was plenty of discussion around negative gearing, capital gains tax changes, grandfathering provisions, rental supply and what it could all mean for investors moving forward.
