The old Ideal dry cleaners building in Denham St. has laid vacant for many months so we decided to buy it and we will give it a new lease of life. It may not look great now but it will be looking like a million dollars in no time.

Another development completed by KPG and another happy tenant ready to commence business. Iconic Australian food company Bega Group Limited contracted KPG to purpose build and lease back their new milk distribution depot in Rockhampton. The $4.25m state of the art cold storage facility will provide white & flavoured milk distribution to supermarkets and stores all over CQ.
Big thank you to our builders Flynn Group, architect Colin Strydom, and the numerous local contractors and consultants who have worked on this development.
