Today we celebrate National Property Managers Day, and I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of recognition than our incredible Head of Property Management, Irma Rinaudo.
Irma leads our property management team with professionalism, passion and an unwavering commitment to both our clients and our team. Alongside Jennifer Howard and Damon Sorial, she has built a department that consistently delivers outstanding service, but it’s her leadership that truly sets the standard.
Property management is one of the most demanding roles in real estate, yet Irma makes it look effortless. She works tirelessly, often around the clock, always putting her clients first. Her clients quickly become lifelong friends because they know she genuinely cares and will always go above and beyond for them.
She is the definition of a true leader. Irma leads by example every single day and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty. No task is ever beneath her, and she’s always the first to step in and help her team without hesitation. That selfless attitude earns the respect of everyone around her and is a big reason why our team is so strong.
A special mention must also go to Jennifer Howard, whose bubbly personality, extensive knowledge and willingness to help everyone never go unnoticed. Jennifer is an absolute asset to our business and someone our clients and team genuinely enjoy working with every day. Her positivity and dedication make a real difference.
And to Damon Sorial, our young Property Management Associate, your positive attitude, strong work ethic and hunger to learn are exciting to see. You’re incredibly fortunate to have both Irma and Jennifer mentoring and guiding you through your real estate journey, and I have no doubt you have a bright future ahead.
On a personal note, Irma’s loyalty to me and to our company is something I value enormously. It is unwavering, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to have leading our property management team. I genuinely enjoy working alongside her every day, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have someone of her calibre by my side. Thank you, Irma, Jennifer and Damon for everything you do.
