That's right lot 7 has now sold, leaving on 3 lots left onto Robin Road and the remaining lots about to come on stream.

You want to know the best bit about the lot 7 sale? It has sold to a lovely Roleystone couple with deep roots in the community.

So deep in fact one of them used to work at the school, all of their children attended the school and two still live in the area.

So not only will this be their lovely modern forever home, but their kids and grandkids will be able to come and take a walk and have a BBQ in the same area they (and their parents) played as school children.

Congratulations Pat Hart. Very much deserved.

Your advocacy, hard work and dedication ensured Robin Glades dedicated over 55s estate is now a reality and it comes as no surprise you are continuing to fight the good fight passionately.

Congratulations to local legend Pat Hart who has received a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to the community of Armadale in tonight's Australia Day Honours.

Pat is an absolute force of nature - working with our local SERCUL and Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group, she's unbelievably passionate about cleaning up our rivers and restoring our precious foothills and waterways to health.

Pat is currently advocating for our Canning River (Djarlgarra) to be cleaned up - to become a Federal priority project. It's something I'm passionate about supporting.

Lot 8 has Sold at Robin Glades.

Congratulations to the Roleystone natives who have been eyeing Robin Glades and made the decision yesterday.

So that means 4 of the front 8 lots are now sold, including two completed homes and one not far off. Our pricing is still locked in at pre-covid prices with stamp duty covered on the remaining 4 lots onto Robin Road but not for much longer.

In the coming month Robin Glades will continue to transform and the excitement is building both for us and for everyone that has been getting in touch.

Bit of an interesting week last week. On top of our work on the roads we helped a Roleystone Mens shed stalwart Mick secure not one but two swarms of Bees that had swarmed at Robin Glades.

Like Winnie the Pooh looking forward to a jar or two of that sweet nectar.
