🐢 Rules Beach Turtle Update! 🐢
We’ve only just started the season and already have 10 marine turtle nests on our beautiful beach! 🎉

The mums have been busy doing their moonlit waddle, digging the perfect spots, and leaving us little sandy surprises to keep an eye on.

Here’s to many more flipper tracks,
hatchling scrambles, and magical moments ahead. 🌙✨

🐢✨ Turtle Nesting Season Alert!

We’ve spotted our first mating turtle pair at the mouth of the Baffle creek. For most marine turtles, females will lay their eggs about 2–6 weeks after mating.

Our shelled friends will soon be checking into the Rules Beach maternity retreat.
🌙 Turtle monitors will be patrolling at night – they’ve got the night shift covered, so you don’t have to.
🚫 Please avoid driving on the beach after dark or during high tide – no one wants to be the person who crashes a turtle’s baby shower.

Let’s keep it safe for the turtles… and your tyres.

The house is looking complete now with the front fence up and the firepit area in place.
Perfect for the upcoming cool weather. Nothing beats a fire with marshmallows!

This seasons tally has now reached 205 marked possible nests on Rules Beach.🐢
Our last nest being marked last week.
That's right, We still have mummas coming into lay!
Its seems they've waited till after the weather event and are now doing their thing.
This is late in the season but a pleasant surprise.

The 1 bedroom option has an additional roll-away, bed perfect for a couple and child.
The three bedroom is perfect for a large family or two family groups.
Only a very short walk to the beach, and beautiful ocean views from the back deck.
