This recognition is not just about us—it reflects the wonderful community we are privileged to serve every day. We are fortunate to work alongside a supportive Body Corporate Committee, dedicated contractors, trusted service providers, and, most importantly, our incredible residents who make Leeward Tower such a special place to call home.

The **Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA)** is the peak industry body representing resident managers and management rights businesses across Australia. Each year, the ARAMA TOP Awards celebrate outstanding professionalism, innovation, leadership and service excellence within the industry, recognising those who continually raise the standard of residential community management. Being named a finalist among so many exceptional professionals is an honour in itself.
