**⛈️ Storm Season Tips: SEQ**

✅ Clear balcony and courtyard drains (only where safe, never on roofs)
✅ Bring in outdoor furniture and pot plants
✅ Close doors and windows
✅ Plan for pets, mobility needs and powered medical equipment
✅ Avoid low-lying areas when moving vehicles
✅ Report leaks or blocked common drains to the Building Manager

⚡ **Leeward Tower has a diesel backup generator for essential power.** During Cyclone Alfred it was there when we needed it, running until power was restored in our area. Still, charge your devices and keep a torch handy.
