🎉 Exciting news! Our lift modernization project has been completed five weeks ahead of schedule and on budget! A huge shoutout to Sam and Pat from Kone for their exceptional work since January.

We wrapped up our final inspection meeting on **Friday, May 22nd**, and while we’re thrilled with the results, there are a few minor adjustments based on resident feedback. For instance, we’ll be fine-tuning the lift doors to close a bit slower and softening the voice prompts. Rest assured, these enhancements will be addressed promptly.
