For shorter stays, the rates are:
• 3-night stay – $300 per night
• 7-night stay – $260 per night
• 30-night stay – $199 per night
For shorter-term stays, the rent includes linen, gas, water, garden and lawn maintenance, spa maintenance, NBN internet (100/20 speed), and electricity.
Flexible lease options:
• $990 per week – 3-month lease
• $950 per week – 6-month lease
(Utilities and linen are not included for longer-term leases. Month-to-month extensions may be available after the initial term.)
The rent includes garden maintenance, lawn mowing, and spa maintenance, allowing you to enjoy the property without the hassle of ongoing upkeep.
