Today marks an important milestone as we begin a new chapter as Hodges McGrath.
For 172 years, Hodges has been built on strong local relationships, deep market knowledge and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve. It’s a proud history, and one that makes this next chapter particularly meaningful.
Our partnership with McGrath brings together two respected real estate names — combining Hodges’ local expertise and relationships with McGrath’s national network, technology and marketing expertise.
For our clients, this means greater reach and opportunity, while allowing us to continue providing the personal service and local knowledge they know and trust.
Natalie and I are incredibly excited about what this next chapter will create for our clients, our team and the communities we’re fortunate enough to work across Sandringham, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula.
I’m exceptionally proud of what the Hodges team has built over 172 years and grateful to everyone who has contributed to that journey. I’ve also been fortunate to have Nat as a part of my team for the past three years, and I’m proud to have her beside me as we build on that history and step into this next chapter together.
