Despite the recent monsoons, we have roads ready for asphalt! And a threshold on the corner of Bambara and Mimiwali Drives to remind drivers that conditions have changed. In other news, the survey of the access route to Bongil Creek is now complete so we can start designing that track too 😊 🥾🎣🛶

Nice weather for 🦆🦆🦆 🙄 (but grateful for no bushfires). Footpaths, electrical, water and sewer works almost finished for Stage 2a; earthworks for Stage 2b about to commence.

Happy New Year! Nothing like a new road to start the year off well ;) Here's Angler Court being transformed into Angler Circuit while most of our display homes are closed. However Coral Homes and Brian Hopwood Homes are open this week, with Perry Homes Australia back on deck Sat 9/1; Adenbrook Homes open on Mon 11/1 and Blue Ribbon Homes on Wed 13/1.
