Looking to start your week with a bit more energy and a lot less stress? Come join us for our weekly Tai Chi class every Monday at 9:30am at Don Dickenson Community Hall at Northbourne.
Our wonderful instructor Grant guides us through slow, gentle movements that are incredibly easy on the joints but great for balance, flexibility, and just clearing your mind.
No experience is needed, and you can even do it seated if you prefer. It’s a completely relaxed, friendly group. Come move at your own pace and stay for a chat and cuppa afterward! ☕️
