Real Estate Matters.
When ever you get an evaluation from any estate agent,always ask them how realistic the price quoted is, and is it achievable.
In other words,tell them you do not want to be conditioned about the market situation later on.
It's best to ask them about the above mentioned before you sign any "Authority to sell" contracts.
Also worth mentioning that any offers the Agent may get from buyers must be in writing contained in a proper contract of sale together with section 32.
Do not accept any "Letter of offer" , as they mean nothing legally.
