We live and breathe property.

We sell homes to families — not property to people.

For us, real estate has always been about more than just buying and selling. It’s about the people, the relationships and the stories that come with every property.

Back in 2012, I sold a unit to Shotaro and Akiko. Over the years, our relationship grew well beyond real estate. We started the Altona Community Gardens together, and when the time came, I sold their property for them in 2024 before they moved to Digby.

And the story didn’t end there.

I still head down to Digby twice a year to lend a hand with Shotaro’s renovations.

That’s what we mean when we say we live and breathe property. It’s not just a transaction. It’s the people you meet, the relationships you build and the community you become part of.

A couple of jobs today !

1. Rental in Altona fence came loose in the wind - a bit of extra timber and a star picket to help stabilise and a few long screws, stabilised for now.
2. Rental in Altona, Tenant reported water flowing down the longe room wall. Booked a roof plumber but as had the ladder in the car and had 15m before I headed off to gym , I swung past and saw it was a roof tile had slipped ( active possums? ) pushed up the tile and when we have a dry day will swing past and put a dob of silicon on the tile and check the rest of the roof…

No cost to owners !
Happy Rental providers!
Happy tenants!
Slightly wet, but happy property manager !
