Gutsy is changing things up in 2026 🔥🍷

For the first time, Gutsy won’t be packed into one weekend. Instead of running only across the King's Birthday Weekend, events and experiences will roll out across June, July and August.

That means more time to eat, drink and experience the best of Kangaroo Island in winter.

Think long lunches, special dinners, cosy cellar door experiences, exclusive winter menus, fireside gatherings and guest chef appearances from some of Adelaide’s best culinary talent, alongside the incredible local producers, chefs, winemakers, brewers and distillers that make our island so special.

In starting our meat venture we understood the importance of meat waste. One thing we looked at was how to not let our own animals be a contributing factor to global waste statistics.
