Operation went well. Big thank you to QEH orthopaedic. Unfortunately light duties for 2 - 4 weeks. Depending on my follow-up appointment in 2 weeks time. 6 holes in my right leg/ankle bones after all the metal work has been removed.

Handing back to a new owner means a higher level of cleanliness, not a lower. Just because they were not there at the start of the lease does not mean they have to put up with "whatever goes" on their way in.
It's easy to wipe your hands and say its up to you. But I'd prefer to say, leave it to me.
A rental property has sold and settled, and now the lease has ended, so the new owners are moving into their new home. We had great tenants during that lease, but they forgot a few things and as the new owners would never have known, we could have given the tenants a free pass. But not at HOT Property Real Estate. I'd like to give back the property in a manner that is as impressive as possible.

They protect their own, so not expecting anything to happen.
Hopefully the contents of the complaint can make its way to Johns so she can get an understanding of the frustration levels she & members like her cause law abbiding citizens feel.

I wanted to reach out and say thank you for being an amazing real estate agent over the past years. We truly appreciate how consistent and professional you have been, especially with fixing issues and sending inspection reports.

We genuinely love this apartment and feel grateful to call it home. We would love to continue staying here and hope to renew our lease again next year starting April/May.

I wanted to raise a small concern regarding the building stairway light and partial light in the car park area. We understand that this falls under the management of STRATA and not the responsibility of you or the landlord.

Previously, you have helped escalate this issue and we really appreciate your support.

Unfortunately, the lighting has been out again for the past three weeks. We know another neighbour has raised the same issue to their real estate agent/STRATA in the past.

We really do not want to create extra work for you or keep coming to you with the same issue. But as a safety concern, we are hoping that STRATA can take further action to ensure the lighting is properly repaired. Would you please be able to help escalate this once again?
