We are seeking suitable applicants for a permanent part time (2days) per week administration role. The position involves reception duties, coordinating valuer and floor plan staff appointments, ensuring smooth workflow of completed jobs to real estate, banking and private clients.
Suitable applicants will be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and be able to use cloud-based technology and client-based banking platforms.
Based in Seville and available Wednesdays and Thursdays this position is set for an immediate start.

The end of the financial year is fast approaching. If talking to your accountant about the 2019/2020 tax year be sure to discuss if you have sold your lifestyle property. Properties larger than 2 hectares (5 acres), have an ATO Capital Gains Tax (CGT) ruling that requires the land in excess of the excluded 2 hectares and improvements to be assessed for Capital Gain over the time of your ownership. We have a fact sheet detailing the issue and how we can best resolve CGT.
