We took a beautiful home that required extensive renovation in some areas to the market with a pre-market strategy, and a on the market strategy recieving strong interest in both sections though timing and conditions were not in alignment.

After a couple of weeks on the market it was clear that we needed a campaign correction. Rather than go to Auction we switched back to a Private Treaty campaign and multiple offers flowed in straight away.

From there we met the perfect Buyers and we were able to achieve a result that all parties were happy with.

That would not have been possible without the support and the belief from my amazing vendors who truly trusted the process. Trusted me and trusted in the home they were presenting.

Trust always brings confidence and results. My approach will always be straight forward, clear and focused on what it will take to get you where you need to go.
