🏡 CHANGE OF AGENCY | LET'S TALK!

I'm not one to complain, but WOW! Some of the things I come across when helping investors change agencies honestly leave me shaking my head!

Outstanding bills over 12 months old, missing ingoing Property Condition Reports, services that haven't been carried out... and the list goes on!
These are the basics of Property Management!

How do we allow these things to end up in the too hard basket?
No wonder our industry sometimes gets such a bad name.

I'm incredibly passionate about what I do, and for me it starts with LISTENING. Listening to investors, understanding their frustrations and actually doing something about them.
Some handovers are far from easy, but that doesn't mean we give up when things get difficult.
Behind every investment property is someone who has worked hard to get where they are. They deserve communication, accountability and genuine care.

We can do better. We SHOULD do better!!

For the past 3 or 4 years, I've been using Jodi Fitzwater's Getting My S**t Together 100 Day Journal Planner, and I absolutely LOVE it!
It's become such a special part of my journey. It keeps me accountable, reminds me to slow down, practise gratitude and celebrate the little wins, no matter how small.

Life gets busy, and sometimes we forget to appreciate just how far we've come!

Most Property Management companies manage the property… but what about helping the investor behind it?

This is something I’m really passionate about. I speak with investors every day, and there are so many questions they don’t always know who to ask.
*Am I getting the most from my investment?
*Am I claiming everything I should be?
*How does depreciation work?
*Is my finance still structured the right way for me?
*What should I be thinking about for the future?

This Wednesday we’ll have a Mortgage Broker, Financial Adviser and property/tax professionals joining us to share their knowledge and answer questions. Because being a successful property investor isnt only about the property itself. It’s about understanding the bigger picture and having the right people around you. 🙌 And for me, Property Management should be about more than collecting rent and managing maintenance. It should also be about supporting and educating the investor behind the property.
