Victor Paz first started his career in real estate in 1994, selling homes in Willetton and its surrounding suburbs. It was during his early years in real estate that Victor quickly made his stamp as a successful real estate agent. In 2003, Victor reached a significant milestone in his career by opening his first real estate office known as LJ Ho**er Willetton. It has always been Victor’s goal to b

uild a successful real estate business for both the management and sale of residential real estate, and this was just the starting point. During 2003 and 2009, Victor took over the ownership and operation of 5 local real estate agencies which benchmarked LJ Ho**er Willetton as the number one office for property investment management. After 7 years of trading at 8/113 Collins Road, Willetton, and due to the growth of his property management and sales department, Victor opened his 2nd and 3rd offices in Shelley and Cockburn City in 2012 and 2015 respectively. Victor and his team has been acknowledged locally, nationally and internationally during his career. He has been the proud recipient of many prestigious awards and his office is now recognised as the number 1 LJ Ho**er office in Western Australia. For Victor, the greatest reward of all is being able to help families achieve their real estate goals and assist them in a smooth sale transaction. Most of Victor’s business comes from personal referrals and repeat business.
