This week felt like our Grand Final.
Months of planning, countless conversations, setbacks, negotiations, process, belief and an amazing team all led to one incredible week.
We exchanged on an $8.5 million sale — the highest development sale ever recorded in the area. A result that helps redefine what’s possible for the 2539 market and shows the direction our home town is going in.
On the very same day, we also handed the keys to a first-home buyer who secured their dream for $480,000.
There were tears on both sales.
It was a reminder of why I got into real estate in the first place.
Because whether it’s an $8.5 million landmark sale or a $480,000 first home, every property is someone’s palace. Every sale represents years of sacrifice, memories, dreams and a family taking the next step.
People often see the signboard, the sold sticker or the headline price.
They don’t see the months/years of work before any of that happens.
