Q: Coffee order before dealing with emails?
A: At least 2 coffees every morning without fail...

Q: Funniest maintenance request you’ve ever had?
A: Phone call at 1am asking for me to have a plumber urgently attend because a tap was dripping and keeping the tenant awake. I organised the repair the following day and called the tenant at 1am to check if it had been fixed to their standard.

Q: If your job had a warning label, what would it say?
A: You are expected to be not only a Property Manager, you’re a domestic violance officer, social worker, accountant, physcologist, registered builder, etc, etc. Oh and you’re also expected to be on call 24/7.

Q: 5pm on a Friday = ?
A: On my way home ready to curl up in bed with my favourite brain numbing show.

Q: Reality TV title of your work life?
A: Lease It or Leave It

Q: Birthday plans this year?
A: Lunch with the family because they know I’m in bed by 7pm

Q: One thing you’re manifesting this year (besides zero maintenance requests 😂)?
A: The ability to have more patience. I find the older you get, the less patience you have.
