đŽ A morning of local history, wilderness and remarkable stories
Join us for a special Conversations@Treeview free community event with iconic local horseman Luke Carlon, whose family has ridden and worked along the Coxs River since the 1820s.
Luke will share stories of life in the valley, its rich history as a horse trekking route, and an extraordinary mission to relocate wild brumbies from the remote Burragorang Valley. Hear firsthand about the unique collaboration between a bushman and a National Parks ranger, and where heritage, wilderness and conservation meet.
Following the talk, weâll screen The Man From Coxs River. Enjoy light refreshments and a warming soup lunch, with a gold coin donation supporting the CWA.
Weâd love you to join us.
