Proud to share this testimonial from Lyndsey Rice, CEO of , following the completion of their new Brisbane Head Office.

Delivered by Team .au this project saw our team provide a fully integrated, end-to-end solution – sourcing the right property, negotiating the lease, and designing and delivering the perfect office fitout.
Our Executive Director, .skarparis recently toured the newly completed space with Lyndsey – a great opportunity to reflect on the journey from initial property search through to final handover.

The brief was clear: secure the right long-term home and create a workspace that supports the Foundation’s team, culture and continued growth. Seeing the finished environment in action and hearing how it’s already enabling their important work is exactly why we do what we do.

The impact that Children’s Hospital Foundation has on sick and injured children and their families across Queensland and northern NSW is truly inspiring. We’re grateful for the opportunity to act on your behalf and deliver a space that supports such a meaningful mission.

🎂🎉 TACTIC turns FIVE 🎉🎂

It was a huge milestone for the TACTIC team last week as we celebrated our 5 year anniversary.

Starting a company that was solely focused on office space in 2020, right as COVID-19 began, was certainly no easy feat.

However, five years later and here we are in our state-of-the-art, working showroom on level 33 of Riparian Plaza, with expert teams right across the country as we continue our mission to become Australia's leading end-to-end workplace advisory service.

What a remarkable journey the past 5 years has been.

Being a transformative and fast-growth business that is leading an industry definitely comes with its challenges but with the right team members and disciplines in place, those challenges are mere speed bumps on the road to success.

We have created a culture here at TACTIC where our people not only rise to every challenge but an environment where their focus on empowering businesses through strategic and optimised work environments, creates an unwavering sense of impact and purpose.

To all of our TACTIC team, right across Australia, thank you for your selfless contribution to our clients, to our local community and to our brand. We honour you for your commitment and we look forward to many great years ahead.

Happy Birthday! 🥳

The Gabba redevelopment is dead! Or at least that seems to be the case based on recent comments from John Coates, Andrew Liveris, Adrian Schrinner and Amy McMahon. With a staggering price tag and growing opposition, the fate of the Gabba hangs in the balance.

From the initial plans to add 8000 seats to the stadium, costing $2.7 billion, to the subsequent backlash and resignations, the future of the Gabba as the host venue for the opening and closing ceremonies and athletics competition remains uncertain. We'll explore the factors that led to this uncertainty, including a review by former Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk and recent statements from key figures like John Coates.

Discover the alternative venues being considered, including Suncorp Stadium in Milton, Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre, Albion, and a unique proposal for a new super stadium above Cross River Rail Woolloongabba. Mel Pikos also explores longshot options and addresses the challenges each alternative venue presents.

Do you believe the Gabba rebuild is truly dead, and where do you think the opening and closing ceremonies of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics should take place? Let us know in the comment section down below.

Today we’re talking tactics.
