A house on Carlyle Street in Seventeen Mile Rocks commenced construction in 1977 and was never finished. Premek Borek of Property & Beyond has decided to take on the challenge of completing it.

We have picked up another project. Contract signed 2 days before Christmas and property settled yesterday.
Didn't even have a chance to do a live video today as Construction Team have been working since 6.30am smashing things out.

Seventeen Mile Rocks project update.

It has been a while since I have provided you with an update but we had about 6 months of delays due to DA, design changes, BA and another design changes driven by existing site conditions.

A lot is happening now, including house lift, rocks excavation, structural works, plumbing etc.
